of procedures according to the legal basis of the right of
debt, namely according to the legal and real situation of
the debtor:
- Payment summons procedure
- Common law procedure, having variable
taxes according to the value of the requested debit
- Starting the bankruptcy procedure against
the debtor
- Internal or external commercial arbitrage
